Grayson Sandlin

Technology, execution, athlete mentality, and a long-term interest in building useful things for the real world.

I am currently in Axon's Leadership Development Program. My first rotation was on the Corporate AI team, where I went from zero coding background to shipping four production services and a bunch of smaller internal tools. My current rotation is as a technical aide to Axon's CEO, which means part shadowing, part sounding board, and part building custom software for him and the people around him. It is a pretty good seat to learn from, as long as I can keep the ratio of strong ideas to aggressively average ones moving in the right direction.

I am especially interested in the future of technology and in how software, AI, and strong execution can be applied to real-world problems that are complicated, consequential, and worth solving.

Projects are coming next

I built this site first so it can become the home for the projects, experiments, and case studies I publish going forward.

In progress

First public projects are still being built.

That is intentional. Instead of filling this page with weak placeholders, I would rather ship real work and document it properly once it is worth showing.

Writing

Writing will live here when it is ready

I am keeping the structure in place for future posts on projects, AI, technology, career development, and anything else worth making more permanent than a passing social post.

No posts yet

The blog is set up and ready.

When I have something useful to say, it will show up here. Until then, the structure is in place without fake content.
